About Us
St Brigid's is situated in the township of Ballan and is one of three Catholic primary schools in the St Patrick's Parish. It is in the Shire of Moorabool approximately 25 minutes east of Ballarat along the Western Highway.
St Brigid's has an enrolment of 100 students which is divided into five classroom units. There are approximately 20 children in each class, and all areas of the curriculum are taught in exciting and innovative ways.
The St Brigid's School Community promotes and is committed to the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.
Sporting and social occasions are regularly held with schools in the district. Community events such as the Ballan Autumn Festival and Red Cross Art Show are supported by St Brigid's school.
A bus services the school from the Greendale and Mt Wallace areas.
